This litter is very exciting for me! Having originally wanted to use Can/Am Merrymoon Firestorm aka Hunter on Ell, I fell for Pilot (Hunter son) at the National this year. Pilot and Ell both have outstanding temperaments, happy-go-lucky attitudes and very 'busy' by nature. This litter is a slight line breeding on my mentor's two foundation dogs Phi-Vestavia Pirate's Patch and Phi-Vestavia Unforgettable.

Here in the house, Ell is the ear cleaner and all around go-to gal for playtime! Ell is also a natural for agility and we will start with agility again this summer after pups are weaned. Ell earned 10 of her 12 points out of the puppy classes in four weekends of shows, and then we showed two weekends in 2009, earning a point each weekend. She is still looking for that last major!

Pilot had quite a weekend at the Rose City Cluster, January 2009.  He was Winners Dog 3 days of the 4, for 3 majors.  In addition he was Best of Opposite Sex all three of those days and Best of Winners two of them.  They then held him out until the CWCCA nationals in April. Pilot finished his championship on 06/21/09, BOW and BOS over specials for a fourth major.

Puppy colors could include brindle, red/sable or blacks (tan or brindle pointed). Parents are both VERY health tested!

Zoe was bred to Huxley for a litter of blues and blacks, tan or brindle pointed. Zoe's pedigree is quite 'open' as we call it, and it was hard finding a dog that would hopefully improve upon Zoe, as well as somewhat of a line breeding. There is small line breeding on Coedwig Lilac, and then some other dogs back in the 6th generation, but it isn't really line breeding after the 3rd generation :) I'm very excited about this litter as I think Hux has what Zoe needs, and most importantly they will have fantastic temperaments and come from HEALTHY HEALTHY parents! Huxley finished his Championship with 4 major wins, one of them being a 5 point major! Zoe finished her Championship with two 4 point majors! Huxley's litter sister Maya (Ch Wolfrun Coedwig Angelou) is well known with many BOB and group placements. His Sire is the top stud dog in Cardigan History! Huxley is now just starting to be specialed selectively.
